Overview of all features
This section lists all the features of CipherLab Enterprise Browser that make working in an industrial environment easier. An industry browser not only lives from the connection of scanners or security functions, but also from the simplification of the operation of websites and apps.
Users should not be restricted by industry browsers, but should be able to work more effectively and comfortably. This is achieved with many of the features listed here. The following table lists the most important features and links to the corresponding detail pages.

CipherLab OCR functionality | Use the CipherLab OCR functionality directly in the browser from your websites. |

Delete cookies | You can configure whether all cookies should be automatically deleted or retained when the browser is closed. |
Demo app | With this integrated demo app, many functions such as the integration of back-of-hand scanners can be tested. |
Display Lock on Connection Loss | Locking the screen during connection losses or network issues to prevent erroneous inputs or error messages. |
Disable screenshots | Screenshots can be deactivated for sensitive data. |
Full screen | The screens of smartphones and scanners are already too small. CipherLab Enterprise Browser can hide status and navigation bars to use the entire screen. |
Hardware integration | The sensors and hardware of the smartphone or tablet can be accessed from all websites or Fiori apps via interfaces. |
Keyboard control | The keyboard on an industry browser must be opened or deactivated individually depending on the hardware and scanner. |
Kiosk mode | With the Kiosk mode, users can no longer access other apps. |
Custom Scripts | Custom Scripts can be used to customize websites or automate logins via QR coder or NFC chip. |
Logging | All important log messages and errors can be logged, saved and evaluated. |
Login with NFC chip | With NFC chips, user names or passwords no longer need to be typed in, and users can quickly and easily log into SAP Fiori, for example. |
Login with QR Codes | With QR code logins, there is no longer any need to type in usernames or passwords and users can log into SAP Fiori or Microsoft quickly and easily. |
Login with smartcard | SmartCards allow fast, simple and secure authentication via NFC to Microsoft Azure AD or SAP systems. Encrypted certificates provide personalized security. |
MDM configuration - Intune | CipherLab Enterprise Browser supports Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems like SOTI for administration and configuration. |

Network analysis | The internal network analysis tool enables problems to be found in the network or the Wifi coverage in storage and production. |

Password protection for settings | A password can be set so that users cannot open and change the settings of CipherLab Enterprise Browser. |
Predefined startpages | As an administrator, several start pages can be defined, whereby the first one always opens automatically when CipherLab Enterprise Browser is started. So no URLs have to be typed in. |
QR code configuration | All configurations can be exported as a QR code and also imported from a QR code. |
SAP integration | CipherLab Enterprise Browser integrates SAP systems and SAP functions in several places in the industry browser. |
